Nice to meet you all
Hello my name is Aleshanee. I am from Colfax, California
My husband and I bought land to build but had a few snafoos so are selling it. We've decided to start moving every two years, buy a home and sell, to build up income and avoid capital gains tax. I am 48, he is 55. We don't make much money so it seems an easy way to make a little $$. He's very handy regarding construction, been in the industry almost his entire life. I hope to learn and share what I've learned with like minded people. Maybe even meet another couple who is doing the same thing for extra $$ (on a small scale).
