Hello Everyone,

My name is Teeka Tiwari. I haven't done much in real estate outside of a deal that went horribly wrong in 2008. I lost close to $20,000. I found Bigger pockets about a year ago and boy has it been eye opening.

I made so many dumb mistakes with that 2008 deal.

After hearing Brandon Turner's story of his failed rehab property and how he bounced back from that to build a successful real estate portfolio really gave me hope. So thanks for that Brandon.

What I am looking to do is create a portfolio of cash flow producing multi-family units that I can hold for the long term. The bulk of my investments are in the stock market and I'm happy with that, I just think its prudent to have some real estate to balance out my investments.

Thanks,

Teeka
