In Florida, you don't need to be a licensed architect to submit your own plans.

I do lots of renovations but avoid historical projects because my focus is income and they take a lot of love...that said there are architects who really know the process and who to help you through.  

We've spoken to city official we have relationships with, local, trustworthy business associates, an architect and contractor who all think it is a feasible idea.

I don't work with people who want a commodity-priced solution or those that want to run the show.And that, my friend, is just one of many reasons why I'm glad I'm not an attorney.Only you can be the architect of your life.
