Interesting point is that some larger players mentioned how they tried to minimize contact with tenants because they see new owner and then "nothing works" and your maintenance requests skyrocket.

It is attended by the biggest players in the multifamily space (owners, brokers, lenders, service providers, etc).

At this point, I think it is important for all land lords to continue using as many sites as possible so that we don't end up with an Amazon.com type situation where one player dominates.
