Thanks @Michele Patterson.This is really insightful. Tampa seems like it could be a strong market for co-living. I didn't realize the size of USF until this post. The west coast of FL has created a lot of buzz throughout New England over the past couple of years. Especially this month when you stole our beloved Tom Brady!
