Hello! Coliving companies like Common and Bungalow have made huge strides over the past few years. There have been major capital investments in this sub-sector throughout the world. Do you think furnished properties rented by the room will thrive or die during and after COVID-19? What opportunities do you see in this space?

Thanks @Michele Patterson. This is really insightful. Tampa seems like it could be a strong market for co-living. I didn't realize the size of USF until this post. The west coast of FL has created a lot of buzz throughout New England over the past couple of years. Especially this month when you stole our beloved Tom Brady!
