@Jason Eberhardt historically Memphis has been a popular market due to affordable prices and strong rent ratio's but personally, I think there are markets in the Midwest like Indianapolis and Kansas City which offer similar returns but with stronger economic and demographic fundamentals.

I personally mainly invest and Trade in Auckland as this markets fundamentals set for success of Capital growth and Rent growth.Cash low in NZ is nowhere near what you can find in parts of the US.
