Everyone and their grandmother is hitting up preforeclosures- they're published everywhere.

@Christian Steiner  Your city or county may have such a list but it may not be published.

First one they caught a pass. 2nd one they caught justice.Some of the people listing on our site now are required to publish their license number which I think will become the norm later on.

Also Amanda's book "Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real estate Investor" published by BiggerPockets is a great resource.These resources might be a good place for you to start.

I became familiar with Bigger Pockets while searching for professional real estate books on Amazon and noticed more than a handful being published by Bigger Pockets.
