Plenty of conferences (live and virtual) and local meetup groups that you can attend.  

Given my employment, I have plenty of free time to be of assistance to a seasoned investor who needs someone to do the 'grunt' work and exchange will provide insight to the local market, leadership and guidance.

After reading your story, I'm looking even more forward to attending the Flip Hacking Live Conference next month.

I was just at the National Real Estate Investors Association Leadership Summit.

They had basically closed almost all of their sales offices and had stored their furniture, partitions, copiers, conference rooms etc. in my storage facility.

The conference was beyond my expectations.

The goal is to leverage 20+ years of corporate sales experience (from leadership levels to carrying a bag) and apply these skills to all that real estate has to offer.My real estate goals are pretty straight forward.

I see your problem with your listing agent, a conference call with the broker to get a better valuation might be in order.
