Holy smoke there is a new member introduction section and I just found it! Sorry for the bit of delay in introducing myself to my fellow BP members.

What an amazing resource you people are and immensely helpful to folks such as myself. While my investment experience in real estate is limited to buying houses for my family, I have converted several of them into rentals after we moved on. Real estate is something that has always fascinated me. Over the years I've flirted with getting a real estate license and am finally doing so. The goal is to leverage 20+ years of corporate sales experience (from leadership levels to carrying a bag) and apply these skills to all that real estate has to offer.

My real estate goals are pretty straight forward. Flips interest me and I'll do them as they come available. My primary interest will be looking for is multi-family units and highest and best use land opportunities. Over the past year I have worked on building a strong list of general contractors to partner with. In addition to cultivating a network of GCs, I have also worked on developing a group of local investors. It is important to me to constantly network with folks and also help them achieve their real estate goals. While I may be fairly new to real estate, I strongly believe in helping others achieve the dreams.

To those who have already helped me here on BP, thank you! I look forward to constantly learning and supporting others on this forum.
