@John Thedford (I am not sure if I can tag if we are not connected) I have a property manager (also a real estate agent) and when I asked her about doing this type of appraisal, she responded as though I was asking for something totally out of the ordinary and said they don't do that type of service.

Especially if you have an existing mortgage on itRemember Rental income allows you to continue to depreciate the home while interest income is ordinary income and you know longer get those tax benefits.Only reason to seller finance is if you have a turd you cannot sell and by offering seller financing someone over anxious buys it thinking they can polish the turd.
