We like to buy the cheap homes, do a quality rehab/update, and sell them for a profit.The finishes would cater towards first time home owners who don’t necessarily expect to have all the fancy stuff but want a nice home with updated electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, or whatever it needs.

They didn't look at fancy real estate billboards.

I passed the test and got my license, BUT little did I know I would have to be a Realtor, I thought I could just be an agent and not have to pay a bunch of extra fees to have the fancy title.
