Realtors and leasing agents are some of the most vulnerable workers out there for the simple reason that they’re exposed to situations that in any other sector would be considered dangerous or unacceptable: meeting strangers in vacant properties by themselves, collecting (often) cash payment on applications, walking strangers up/down stairs to areas of properties without windows or easy exit.

@Mark Fries we have a winery near us that had the entire cement floor of their huge tasting room colored then epoxied with a clear coat to allow the colors to come through. 8 years & it still looks like new.

Had a 6 unit under contract last month actually with another BiggerPockets member would of been a cool deal but the stairs were totally shot and we broke contract.
