I am planning to add 2 callers and want to see if anyone has recommendation for a really good CRM with fast loading and automated calling features that will call a lot of numbers.

It is a good thing to team up with a real estate broker or agent that can put you on an automated search of properties matching your criteria for location, price range, etc. so that you get notified as soon as a new listing hits the market.

When self-managing an out of state STR (without a local PM), I get that a lot of things can be automated now (cleanings, locks, cameras, payments, bookings, etc).

I manage all 5 of my properties myself and I spend less than 20 minutes a day with all of them bc I have my automations dialed down. 

Hospitable is behind on automating direct booking websites. 

Spend some money to have a decent CRM or automated follow up tool in place.  2.

On my STR I have partners and it is mostly automated once you have it running but I do have to put out a fire with those every now and again.I have a great guy who is older him and his wife live on Social Security so free rent and some pocket money plus very flexible hours make it a great job for him.  

What tools/software would you suggest when pricing your STR, communicating with your guest, and overall automation?

She uses a VA for bookings, and has everything automated once the unit is set up.

Right now, already 10% of our bookings are direct and it is pretty painless and automated.
