An investor already owned the house (Which I did not know) and that they've been renting it out for several years and the last tenant had just moved out.In the basement the drywall was moldy and the carpet was removed, based on what I was told about the house I had no other way, but to come to the conclusion the house was vacant and took on water without anyone knowing and it was that way for a period of time until someone noticed it.Anyways, I was talking to the next door neighbor who said the tenant moved out about 2 weeks before and couldn't take the water problems anymore.
