I have some health concerns so this becomes really annoying.

If there is ANY debris AT ALL... this could be a nail head from a tack strip, a pebble, those glue chunks that hang off the allure from where they stick the instructions to them, etc... anything like that and you're going to feel it under your foot and it WILL annoy you.

Lots of folks gets really annoyed at this and demand to know why 3 people cannot share a 2BR, and receive lots of hostility, The final straw was when I had a small 1 BR for rent, had a huge argument with one guy over the phone that it's two small for a family of 4.

Here you will find a wide range of opposing opinions, some from those who are knowledgeable, and sometimes annoyingly from those who are not.As Ronald Reagan used to say, “trust but verify”.  

I also had a new Lowes oven go caput after one year just after the warranty which was very annoying.

Mind you, it did gain back to $500 quite soon thereafter, but I was already annoyed that I hadn't waited just one more day before starting.So, my $500 became $1,000 two months ago, and has now become $2,000. 

Its very annoying and time consuming, but its the only way.

I agree, quick communication is what I expect from my property managers and it is very annoying when I don't get an answer that same day or the next at the latest.

What was most annoying is that from noon on she kept saying "one more hour".
