Most honest and trustworthy Turnkey Provider

As I scour the BP forums in search of a reputable turnkey provider or two, I find that many people have an opinion, an assessment, a feeling or a judgement about turnkey in general, some positive and some negative. What I can not find is a specifically named turnkey provider that a non biased investor has had a great experience with. Maybe I am not looking in the correct area of the forums. Why are people posting without naming names, good or bad. Is it fear of legal action? Is it against the BP forum rules? I want desperately to believe what the turnkey providers that I have spoken with are telling me the truth, however I can not find any hard evidence that they are.

Scot, I’d recommend checking out Norada. I’ve been working with them recently and have been pleased with my experience thus far. Marco Santarelli is the owner of the company, he also has a great podcast. I’m working with investment counselor Melissa Nash she’s been fantastic to work with. I’m currently under contract for two properties with her. Feel free to PM me with questions. I’m glad you’re doing your research.
