I have read so many articles on getting and keeping good tenants...that I feel your thoughts on the matter would be very well received.If you want to start it but aren't sure what to write/how to start...then just pretend it's me that you are writing too and for...helping me figure out how and why to rent to grad students...it may not be the first blog on the subject...but with your wit and unique perspective on the subject, it'll probably stay busy, from time to time anyway.You could call it the "Oh my god, Joel won't stop bugging me about starting a blog about renting to grad students" blog....just rolls off the tongue like honey...don't cha think?

She would do well to document all previous things said and in the future communicate with the landlord primarily in writing and have witnesses present for all face to face interactions.

In addition, having written policy on what FICO score you will accept will keep you from being accused of discrimination.

My accused tenant says they don't know what she is talking about and the have a 10 month old and are sleeping in the middle of the night.

I'm just curious as to how do you go about notifying and penalizing a tenant of a breach in contract.  Such as smoking inside property,  or having a unauthorized pet and etc... IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THEM WITH YOUR OWN E...

i hope i don't offend anyone and i personally don't discriminate against anyone or anything like that but i tend to be very conservative and i always wonder where the crazy rules come from because i had no idea that prosecutors and cops can read minds... i have been called a racist simply because I'm white and they didn't know i actually witnessed him  and his brother commit a petty theft in the past and i wasn't calling them crooked thieves for no reason.....

Bring another person with you as a witness.

Only those who have never witnessed a tenant's (any tenant) handiwork would seriously consider the offer.
