As you start your research you'll find that there are all sorts of variations and in betweens of N or NN or Absolute NNN...... each meaning some slightly different land lord/tenant relationship.

Then there are things like pardons, exonerations, cases that did not go to trial yet, cases that have not been tried but have passed the statute of limitations, etc.
