Aspiring new real estate investor
Hi . My name is Irene and I am totally new to real estate investing. I am 43 yrs old and now seriously getting worried with retiring safely financially without having to worry about a quality life for my self and family. I currently work in healthcare and trade my family time and life with my job as I have to work 6 days weekly to keep my home. I can't do this all my life so my reason of wanting to do something new. I don't have the 20% down payment but hoping I can at least get one unit rental property by the end of 2023 for starts. I am about paying 3000 dollars for a mention ship but I don't really know if it is worth it ,as I do not have my 20% nonpayment now. Any advise will be useful.
Thanks in advance.
