I usually use Zestimate as a starting point but take it with a massive grain of salt.

Salt Lake seems to make headlines whenever there is a winter inversion and the air quality gets really bad.  

Its got everything but a salt shaker on it so it works for me.

as i said before, a new menards opened right accross my HD and i have gone in twice. once for a 7" grinder, once for louvered bifold doors since HD was out.i practically do not need to leave a HD to build a house.i am not interested in buying dog food or salt shakers at my hardware store, like menards.
