I am 19 years old and I want to get started in real estate. I am trying to determine the best route to go and foreclosures seem to be the right way for me. I am in a market that’s not very expensive but I have limited cash. But I was wondering how to find foreclosures. Thank you anything helps!

Here are some ways to find foreclosures:

HUD Home Store

Fannie Mae

Auction.com

Hubzu

There are other sites. You can also monitor your local county recorders office. Foreclosures must be recorded. You can also hire a realtor.
