If he has a bar license there should be a hotline to call to file a complaint and a fund to handle any judgements against him.I'm missing something, why did this become so difficult though.

I was told that in Texas, there was very little chance I could recoup anything, even with a judgement, given my tenants basicly live paycheck to paycheck.
