It's big enough for us, but not for visitors.

Unless I glossed over it - I'm at ch5 now though.Anyway, one of my friends is about to close on a property in Twentynine Palms, which he says is 'exploding' as far as visitors/tourism is concerned.

There are 63 National Parks and probably half of those get over 1M visitors per year.

Sometimes business visitors come in small groups of 1-3 and would rent your home rather than a hotel or apartment. 

The line can get fuzzy in the middle; however some activities lend themselves easier to investment while others scream business.  

I live in a very popular tourist area (10M visitors last year I believe), and vacation rentals are very popular here. 

I was looking at our analytics this morning and saw that 10% of our visitors are using IE7 for Windows and was really shocked that no one has reported this problem with the menus.

And potentially see more visitors, instead of just the person who only has a season pass to one mountain.How would you approach your area purchase?

I feel like I do my own research because of my fear of getting screamed at. lol.

I've struggled wondering where a desirable location would be for a tourist or weekend visitor would be.
