3 bedroom Air BnB rentals

Hello All, I have a 3 bed to 2 bath traditional rental investment in Bellevue, WA across from Microsoft campus. I know that 1 bedrooms do great for short term rentals, but would 3 bedroom rentals do good with Air BnB or would it hear crickets? Thx, G

Don’t look at it like your standard LTR. You are now in the hospitality business and you aren’t renting an empty space you are selling experiences. Focus on quality, delivery, and execution. Underpromise and over deliver.
