I toured a home recently that had a large bathroom (second floor) and a stackable laundry in an area that looked like a simple linen closest. 

Before that I flew and passed gas in a KC-135, and did a tour in the C-130.  

Sometimes realtors in small communities will do that... especially if you tell them you might be interested in buying more properties in that same city or county.Do a Facebook video tour or WhatsApp video tour of each of your properties.

I was touring apartments for rent, and literally none of them had a fridge.  

I have recently attended one of their bus tours, and I did get the impression that she is the middle person passing you along to the turn-key property managers.

That's a great point, I had more luck with people applying when I show the property and give them a tour outlining the most important things, and talking to them before applying I get a people feeling as opposed to papers if that makes sense

We toured three of the parks they own in Vegas.

We met the current tenant and toured the home.
