What is everybody’s opinions on the rental market in such a college driven town? I’m looking at two deals in the College Station/Bryan Texas area and am hesitant based on everything moving to online and not as much on campus.

What are y’all’s thoughts?

My brokerage manages 700+ properties in Bryan/College Station. Our portfolio includes single family homes that are student and family oriented, as well as many duplexes and fourplexes. I'm happy to discuss the market further.

2020 was very stable for us, despite COVID, and TAMU classes moving online. Students continued to lease properties through 2020, and they were optimistic about moving forward with their education. They continued with their leases.

We have worked hard to take Matterport tours of our properties for the last four years. Since we had great marketing photos and tours, the properties continued to lease online through virtual tours.

Feel free to reach out to me if you would like to talk about the market. I'm happy to talk about the properties that you are interested in buying and let you know how the locations fare in this market.

I have recently signed up for the Bigger Pockets account and have not set up my profile completely, but am happy to talk about BCS.
