@David Faulkner  agree with David... chance of you doing anything in real estate listening to wholesaler guru's is less than 2%.getting a RE license working part time of for a top producer actually learning the industry as you earn some money is more productive over the long run.. and U never know when you could be a rock star agent or commerical agent..  

I am tired of starring good opportunities in the face and not being able to jump on them!

I would plan for a year of hard work to really start to see the stars align.

One website had 5 stars while another had one star.  

We also built one on 46 Aiken that we sold to Shep one of the reality stars on southern Charm... total regentrification going on and shifting demographicsI love it there.

Thanks @Brian Adams i was actually already looking at star point as they had some good ratings compared to some others. 

Also, we had a local cleaning guy who works for a three star hotel in our town come for three days to clean the bathrooms, windows, kitchen, refrigerator, walls and stuff.
