If you really want to guage a contractor's price point, I would say know what you want, instead of them scoping it, it is best that you would, your taste might not be as good as theirs, and countertops per slab could go 150 or 400.

So here's what I saw for editing:On the Kitchen page "Synthetic" is misspelled under the counter top types, the "p" was left out of "backsplash" and I don't know that you need a spot for "Kitchen Windows" if you are already getting a total window count on the first page (same for other rooms like the Bathrooms, Bedrooms and Living Room), but that may be by design.
