Contractor/ builder Referral? Los Angeles County

Could someone refer a contractor in Los Angeles or near Long Beach.  We do small to large rehabs, sometimes additions for 1-4 unit properties.  A lot are flips and some are buy and holds.

Someone who:

Can give estimates of repair costs for major/minor rehab properties

Someone who can manage large projects

Experience with flip or rehab properties. Works with investors

Reasonably priced
