It is often hard to find a short term rental, especially less than 6months, so they will end up paying more regardless of where they find.I personally would not take a short term tenant, and I am used to yearly turn over in my rentals.

this deal is in the metro detroit area.Bill that is a hirrible cap for this area.Just so you can get an idea I am used to paying 25k a unit where literally zero improvements need to be made and is rent ready.
