There is a lot of information here and webinars you can take a look to review the data on a property to see if it will cash flow. go to a lot of local meetups and network with like minded individuals.My advice is to educate yourself before your do a deal as you need to be familiar with the numbers to see if the property is the right ones.

He does webinars fairly regularly for new investors that are very informative. 

He has a couple of podcasts as well as some youtube videos and webinars.

I have listened to many of the BP podcast episodes, read many articles, attended a few webinars with Brandon Turner, and I just bought Turner and Dorkin's new book (I have not read it yet though).

I think tonights BP Webinar is actually on Self Directed Accounts, might be worth a listen!

Went through the Beginner Guide, almost every associated link to the guide, multiple webinars, as well as posts from members for topics I am interested in.

Everyday, I was looking at properties through realtor app (also from the lists that the realtor provided)and also analyzing deals based on the webinars of Brandon and David.
