Unless there is some specific reason why you need to close that fast then I wouldn't make the contract say so, however.If there is no urgency then I'd have the contract state 30-45 days and then have everyone shoot for 2 weeks if that's what you desire.

I feel overwhelmed when we have multiple units empty at the same time, but make a list and follow through with it with a sense of urgency and you'll be back on your feet again soon.
