If we go over every detail about what we expect from our tenants, as well as having it written in the Lease Agreement, prior to handing over the keys, there shouldn't be any excuse for not knowing the rules set forth in the rental agreement.When tenants don't change the filters, it gets thick and ugly, causing clogs and it makes their bills go higher.

Google that if you’d like more info.If raw concrete is smelly use a neutralizer product, apply THICK and throw down some poly for ~12 hours or better.

Not to say they are always unnecessary, but I would guess 90 percent of those with them don't really need them anymore than the neighborhood kid needs the inch thick gold plated rope chain  he so "proudly" wears around his neck.

This place is fairly old, with lots of quirks -- really lousy bathroom set-up, thick paint in certain areas, old doorknobs, sink isn't great, overall kinda beat-up and old...etc.But the hardwood floors have always been fairly nice.So...1.

I've had different people tell me different amounts from 80 to 90 to 100% covered to encapsulation (which usually goes up the wall also).You can buy vapor barrier in rolls at Home Depot and just roll it out yourself.I don't know anything in regards to thickness however, sorry.
