i check for large cracks in the foundation and/or brick walls..i don't care about minor stuff, but if it's 3/8 of an inch or thicker, i want to get a foundation or structural engineer to check it out..i always like to ask tenants what sorts of problems they've been having as well..this owner or agent may or may not allow it, but it gives you extra ammo to reduce a price and also lets you know what's really going on with the property..good luck :)

Its actually a thicker plastic than a new pit .All the customer saw was a little less than 2 hours work , they dont " see " the other parts that go in to the job .

One thing alot of people dont know is, your pad should be matched to the type of carpet you are using, most just think a better thicker pad is better when instead it could actually cause you carpet to fail faster by allowing the backing to be broken down quickly, a Google search will answer more specifics as to what lb with what type etc.
