Hi, I have a question about my lawn. Someone suggested using clovers instead of grass, which requires less water and less mowing and care. So I would save money on water and manual labor. 

My reason for posting is the question of should I, will it make it harder to sell (duplex)?

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.
