Every state is so different from the amount of time to do a redemption, the interest rate you make, noticing requirements, suit to quiet title process, how long you have to quiet title, general statutes, etc etc etc...

It's not late for you to follow suit. 

Would even be interested in finding multi suites in one property with separate entrances to airbnb.  

Much more suited for a flipper than a buy and hold like myself.

Ultimately, don't be one of those people who jumps into the deep end without knowing how to swim. 

Unless you're on the beach, i'd avoid the flip flops and board shorts, but Also I think most people get defenisve or put off by suits when they are knocking on someones door, so Business Casual, collard shirt if that is something you'd wear or a Clean- Non Graphic T (unless you had your own made), clean cut dark denim jeans -- and some clean shoes. 

I can see the arguments from both sides and am curious to hear how others might adapt their business practices if such a law is enacted in your state.Interestingly, South Carolina just implemented a similar requirement last week, and it seems like more states may follow suit soon.What are your thoughts!
