The area has been untouched but has gas lines and electrical and is surrounded by a solar farm.My question is, where do I start?

Purchase price: $85,000 Cash invested: $150,000 Contributors: Hannah Holland BRRRR in a small pocket of SFHs that is surrounded by commercial near downtown, therefore our lot is zoned commercial, not ideal for pulling out as much cash as possible, BUT due to Weatherford STR regulations, I am now eligible to STR this "commercial" property.

I am on the outskirts of Raleigh looking to get more into Foreclosure's for investments and wondering if anyone know where to find the list of Lis Pendens for Wayne, Johnston, Wake and other surround counties.

30A and the surrounding NWFL areas are generally strong STR markets.

Western NY could include Rochester and Buffalo and all the smaller markets surrounding those areas. 

@James FullenOf course being near hospitals in Denver or the surrounding 'burbs is a good place to be for attracting medical professionals, but I don't think it's a requisite.
