I get a receipt stating that for $X, the tenant has surrendered possession to the Owner/Landlord on mm/dd/yyyy.I take the approach that the tenant is detrimental to the apartment and other tenants at this location, so condition is not an issue and I'll take it dirty or clean.

The loan rate that is considered safe out of cash value life insurance policy is closer to 8% per year as your cash value continue to grow on its full value.It is true that the fee of a whole life or IUL life insurance policy are front loaded and it make no sense to use these vehicles if you expect to surrender the policy within 5 years.

The cash value component is still crediting based off the 100k cash value while separately the 50k loan component is being charged within the the policy as well so this is where a positive spread in cost or credit could occur.With respect to lending I can use the net surrender value of the policy to show "reserves," for residential or commercial lending.
