One of the houses could only be sold to someone that was going to live in it but the other one could be sold to anyone.If HFH owns the house they can stipulate who can buy it but if they have sold the house to someone already, that home owner can sell their property to anyone just like any other home owner.

i am just getting started in realestate wholesaleing and i am about to make an offer on a house and i am not sure of what i should do, based on some of the particulars of the deal. the house in  areal nice subdivision, the hoa has a lot of stipulations. the hoa fees are 110.00 per month, residents must be 55 years of age and older, no children. arv 150 to160k dosa anyone have any suggestions on how i should proceed. please reply asap as i need to make the offer tomorrow 8/10/15. thanks
