I am looking for investors on a stellar vacation property on Portugal.

At the current rents with 5 units, the property is cash flow positive but not stellar.

I was considering asking her for social media help, but with such a stellar resume I didnt want to insult her if I low balled her comp without knowing what the heck to pay on the first place or what to even ask for.

If the investor puts up all the money and gets half the return, it doesn’t seem worth it for them unless we find a stellar deal.
