Of course there are contingencies in place incase something goes wrong.

Heck, there are even lenders that will NO DSCR, meaning they dont care what the income of the property is and they'll still fund the loan (at a lower LTV and higher interest rate of course).

I have visited many where street view looks awesome and of course you get excited. 

They promise no money down hard money, DSCR loans, and all the other load of crap to sell you a course to teach you lol. 

@Aeon Jones and @Scott Preston...did either of you pay the $4,800 (or $6,800) to Vodyssey and take the course? 

Of course those gurus courses are for sure a scam.

Of course there is upside to this as I can charge more rent but the property being vacant for two months also is it going to cost me around $1200 in mortgage payments as well.Another unit of mine unexpectedly went vacant beginning of the New Year.

There's obviously opportunity here to build this out and turn it into a basement apartment, which I think would cash flow because of course there's no mortgage.
