I think (just an opinion) you got a selfish and cognitively challenged property manager.

Bandit-signs are shady, they are illegal, they pollute, they are selfish , and ignorant.And no i do not care how many will tell me how many deals they got using them.

Happy for you...having kids is awesome and makes you a better, less selfish version of yourself.

It's unbelievably rude and selfish. 

Although now I value myself more than my tenants, not to sound selfish but having multiple forms of payment gets annoying.

Selfishly I’d hate to lose money while he’s there and then have to deal with thousands of dollars of potential dog damage in the end.

But people are inherently selfish.

It is the landlords responsibility to report the lease violation, and unfortunately most landlords are lazy and selfish and take the easy way out just to get the problem out of their house.
