If they are asking the money get sent to them, Its a scam

That’ll make the buyers much more comfortable that the project isn’t a scam and that their money is going to be used for the construction.b.

Common lead source or so called (all in one AI powered software) for me are a big scam.

I feel like I got scammed but also my fault for failing on the due diligence .

There are plenty of scam websites that will send anyone a certificate as long as they pay a fee. 

I found it on Google, thought it was a scam but figured I'd try it anyways for a few months.

There are scam artists and incompetent people everywhere.

Thanks everyone, I was trying to see if there were reasons why this could be asked for up front, if there wasn't, then it would mean a company would be a guaranteed scam.
