The refinance itself, will be treated as a loan purely to be paid back by the LLC over time.It is best to speak to a CPA or Lawyer pertaining to this first and foremost to properly discuss the private details that should not be shared online.

First, it's important to understand that you cannot use an FHA loan for a pure rental property.

So, a million bucks.This is Real Estate forum so I'm guessing you are looking for RE options.If this million was for pure investment then I'd:Look in the smaller markets from Western PA through Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, etc. 

If it's just a pure flip than going a little extra on rehab may be more warranted for resale, but that depends on your market and what spread you are working with.- Remember to not make enemies with the neighborhood.

I would imagine the plumber made at least 10k pure profit (Kids u dont have to go to college to make big $!!)
