There are A LOT of obstacles that you will overcome (talking to sellers, callers yelling at you, people wanting over market value for their house, having to figure out what you need to do....).For me, my deals mostly come through direct mail and other strategies that I layer on top of it (RVM's, SMS, email, etc.).

The cold caller's job would strictly be generating first stage leads from sellers and passing them on to us.

They say they have cold callers, and marketing firms that generate them leads that they provide their Brokers "More than they can handle."

Despite telling the first few callers that I went with another bank and complaining to Lending Tree they kept calling me multiple times a day from different numbers.
