Lending Tree- Royal United Mortgage
Has anyone dealt with Royal United Mortgage? I submitted my info in Lending Tree to compare different lenders and was referred to them. I'm looking to buy another rental property with the best interest rates and lowest closing costs available on a 30-year fixed mortgage.

I have to give a thumbs down to Royal United Mortgage based on the number of calls at all hours of the day I started getting from them once they got my number from Lending Tree.
Despite telling the first few callers that I went with another bank and complaining to Lending Tree they kept calling me multiple times a day from different numbers.
They have a negative rating on Better Business Bureau which also shows numerous other complaints about their spam calls. I would avoid such an unprofessional company.
