I just had to share some praise for our experience with Noe, who's part of the David Greene team based out of San Diego.Me and my lady are newer investors – 1 SFH rental, 1 flip under contract, and I property manage an AirBNB/retreat center, all in the Austin area.We make the choice to leave Austin and find our next home base to invest in.

Sometimes, even a more complicated C-corp is the best choice, and sometimes just a plain LLC.It's like keto enthusiasts eat a high-fat diet and praise its supposed health benefits.

Give lots of feedback and praise as often as possible/appropriate.

I just wrapped up my first fix n flip property and received some praise from neighbors which made me think about using that momentum for other opportunities in the neighborhood.

Terry, I've never praised flex options myself, I know some here have and they have their reasons which I'm not inclined to judge them for that since we all work differently.with the LOI it's not a binding piece of paper, it's only stating you've got some intentions and if the seller bites then you lock them up in an option agreement to wholesale.it may be perceived as an extra step and I don't disagree, but again we all work differently.

Or is it a testimonial simply addressing or praising an individual and a service?

I did watch a video where an American investor praise Canada for the "skip transfer", which allows you to do a double close without transactional funding or paying land transfer taxes.
