Question/Looking for a Title Company in Maryland

Hello everyone,

I recently started building my business in wholesaling.  I am currently studying deep into BiggerPockets as well as other books, podcast, video's etc... My question to anyone is what to ask when looking for a title company?  I currently live in Maryland in the area of Fort Meade (Anne Arundel County). Does anyone have a suggestion of a title comapny in the area, that are investor friendly.

I know starting the coversation is hard, but with more practice and more deals, it will flow like talking to a friend.

Thank you all in advance

P.S.

I have already started building my website, looking for leads, and have my business cards.  I'm trying to build my POWERTEAM.  If anyone has more advice on building my powerteam and here in Maryland please help.

@Tera Carter

I have found that title companies are much like contractors in that most of them start off promising and then they tend to become relaxed and things get missed.  My suggestion would be to shop around and have 3 or so you work closely with.

The closest title company to you that I have used is Definitive Title out of Baltimore.  They have closed several transactions for me and so far they have been solid every time.  They are also very flexible and accommodating and will do remote closings if need be.
