@Kayla ElliottHi Kayla - Personally, I would go with a property management company especially if you want to get out of the weeds of managing your properties, which is a large portfolio! 

Myself personally I'm invested in Buffalo and NYC, but that's because it made sense for *me*.

I second this, I use rentredi for my personal properties and it makes life super easy.  

What are the rules for removing this person, as I understand it he falls under hotel rules, not the landlord tenant act.

I have never seen the homes in person, but got a good walk through from my realtor.
