Wondering if it would be better to hold on to the 5.1 and 5.3 interst rate loans for another 28 years for a mortgage tax write-off purposes vs doing 15 year loan at a low rate.

Quick interstate ride back to SE LA for family. 

It is about 3 miles from the interstate and is next door neighbors with a newly built sub-division.

For those investing inter-state, it can become quite a headache understanding those differences.

Close to schools, parks, Interstate 80, and shopping.

I know its risky because i dont know if there will be a downturn next year when i plan on buying but i also dont want to miss out on growth returns that are far superior to the low interst rates even HYSA's are getting now adays.P.S. if this is the wrong area for this question, my apologies. 

I think that location lends itself well for it due to the proximity to the interstate and all the entertainment venues and restaurants nearby.

Geographically VT’s a pretty straight shot up Interstate 91 out of NYC.

Most of the competition will probably be to the east and south along the interstate. 

And yeah, I am located just an hour north of Austin, 30 min south of Waco right off Interstate 35 that connects Austin to Dallas, so I feel that I am in a pretty decent area to get started in.
